What do you think of when you look at you body in the mirror?

Screen Shot 2020-08-10 at 4.31.45 PM.png

Are you happy with what you see?

Sad at what you see?

Disgusted at what you see?

I've been in all 3 places....

I've spend years. YEARS being disgusted at what I saw in the mirror. From the cellulite on my thighs, to the size of my breasts, to the wave of despair that flushed over my body when I looked at my stomach.

When I looked in the mirror, I hated what I saw. Can you relate to this?

According to the World health Organization, 80% of US Women, and 35% of US Men alone don't like how they like how they look. Over 70% of normal weighted women want to be thinner, and 50% Of Americans aren't happy with their current weight.

So if you can relate to having ever felt dissatisfied with the way that your body looks, you are not alone!

We grow up in a world that conditions us to believe that are BEAUTY is based on our LOOKS.

We grow up in a world that conditions us to believe that our WORTH is based on our LOOKS.

This unattainable beauty standard that has been engrained into us as the "epitome" of beauty, can lead to depression, social anxiety, eating disorders and more...

but it doesn't have to be this way...

It is 100% possible to learn how to love your body EXACTLY the way that it is.

It is 100% possible to look in the mirror and be filled with joy and gratitude because you feel truly beautiful.

It is 100% possible to eat whatever foods you want, and STILL see progress on your body goals.

and it is possible, to quiet those negative voices in your head until they are no longer the stars of the show....

because you love yourself..... through all of your bodies phases and changes...

You love yourself... and I want to show you how.

Now you might be thinking...

"But I'm not like her... I can't learn to love my body like she can," as you stare at the images of a body positive guru        on Instagram, or

"It's never worked for me before," or, "easy for you to say..."

These doubts, although natural to have, need to fall second to the belief that you can do this.

A huge component to changing the nature of these deeply ingrained thoughts, is transforming your mindset towards body image, and replacing your negative thoughts through the power of positive self talk.

So instead of saying "I can't do this, I'm different," why not say, "Why NOT me? Why CAN'T I do this? I DESERVE to heal. For MYSELF."

See what I mean?

Picture this for a minute...

There's something I want you to think about...

Imagine it’s Wednesday, October 14th.

2 months from now.

The holidays are approaching. Only this time, you feel less fear around the holidays…

Before, you were always so nervous… The candy, the holiday feasts, perhaps an irritability as you feel in control when it comes to all of those foods…

Sure, those feelings bubble up still, but they’re different. They feel, different.

You’ve made a decision 2 months prior to put yourself first, and heal some of the inner negative thoughts that have consumed your valuable head space for so long.

You’ve made affirmations a part of your daily routine.

You practice self love almost every day - and it’s starting to feel more natural, slowly but surely.

You can see now the light at the end of the tunnel of learning how to love and accept your body far outshines the pain of staying in that space, hating who you are.

You’re beginning to understand that although  it takes time to change the nature of our most deeply ingrained thought patterns, it’s working.

So the nerves of the approaching the holidays? It’s not as bad this year...  This year is different.

You feel like this could be the year that you are able to enjoy the food that you eat without feeling guilt that lasts for days, or weeks.

You are slowly but surely, making peace… You can see the future, and it’s looking good…

This would NOT have been the case last year.

Think about how good it would feel, to make this sort of progress in your relationship with your body and your relationship with food.

That’s exactly what Let’s Get Body Lovin’ is built to instill, and if you enroll today, you don’t have to spend another holiday feeling as low as you have in the past.

But to get there, you need to take the first step.
